* Customized or pre-order items may take additional time — this will be mentioned in the product description.

* Delivery usually takes **3–7 business days** after dispatch, depending on your location.

* Remote or rural areas may take longer for delivery.

* We’ll send you a **tracking number** once your order is shipped so you can track your package easily.

3. Shipping Charges


* Shipping charges are **calculated at checkout** based on your location and order value.

 4. Delays


We work with trusted courier partners, but **unforeseen delays** (such as weather, strikes, or courier issues) may occur. We’re not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the courier company.

 5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery


Please double-check your address before confirming your order.


* If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping charges will apply.

 6. Damaged or Lost Packages


* If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within **48 hours** with photos of the outer packaging and product.

* We’ll assist you with a replacement or store credit after verification.

* Nakshatra Jewelry is not responsible for lost parcels once marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
